What I Liked Least About Greece
I really got into the olive oil especially french fries but some places didn't use it all the time - I saw corn oil being delivered by a three-wheeled mini-truck to one taverna and I was heart borken. There went my excuse to eat lots of fried food.
Where I'll Be Sure to Go in Greece Next Time
Didn't get to see Delphi but heard it was really worth the trip from Athens.

Where I Went
Athens, Aegina, Santorini, Mykonos, Crete
How I Did It:
Self-booked cheap flights online, did day trips from hotel and from a local Greek travel agency, which wasn't bad but they didn't reveal to us all the possible options, just the ones easy for them. And why does no one ever know all the ferries ahead of time? Do they really make it all up at the last minute?
Lessons Learned
- don't pack so much
- don't commit to transportation around the islands ahead of time if you can avoid it - would have liked to spend more time on Santorini
- again, if you're using the ferries,especially, don't pack so much.
