Zeus Tours has a very reasonably priced selection of cruises, all on their small ships. In the harbor, their ships are often mistaken for the private yachts of the super-rich, which is ironic as their prices are so reasonable - as low as $760 per person for a week's sailing (though that price is in a triple cabin - top of the line cabin will set you back about $1540, still a good value.)
