Guide Review - Patras Palace Hotel
The Patras Palace is a good business hotel, but has enough amenities to make most pleasure travelers content. It offers an on-site restaurant, the Thalassa, and a Vienna-style coffee house for snacks and pastries.
Personally, I'm always suspicious of hotels with the word "Palace" as part of their names, but in Greece, it's generally shorthand for a particular class of better hotel. Does it live up to your own image of what a "palace" should be? That depends on the power of your personal imagination, but "Palaces" in Greece will generally include a prettier-than-average lobby and other amenities.
