A bomb threat has forced an Olympic Airlines plane to be diverted to Stansted Airport outside of London. All crew and passengers have been evacuated safely; this was originally reported as a hijacking but it appears that a bomb threat was phoned into the airline. Reuters[link] has current updates on the status of the flight, which is expected to continue on to New York later today after the plane has been searched and cleared.
