Nightlife in Agios Nikolaos, Crete

Like every other town in Greece, the nightlife spots in Agios Nikolaos change their names often but usually offer a similar experience year after year. The area is quite walkable, with a variety of restaurants around the harbor and the deep inner bay. While you can make plans ahead of time, you may have better luck just walking around and seeing and hearing what spots attract you at that moment. At any given time, there will be one or two bars on docked vessels, too. Here are some recent places for visitors to go for a taste of the nightlife in the heart of Agios Nikolaos:
