Vlychada Beach, Santorini

Summer 2004

Despite a vigorous meltemi which kept visitors away and clothes on, an early-morning visit to this beach on Santorini was enjoyable by reader I.P. and a companion, though they didn't stay long because of the wind. They had the shore to themselves, unusual for a "high-season" travel date in mid-July.
