More and more people are discovering that they are sensitive to gluten in their diets - which makes travel more challenging. A reader wrote to me recently lamenting the lack of gluten-free beer in Greece and of gluten-free foods in general. But, in fact, Greece can be a wonderful destination for travelers looking for gluten-free dining and travel - there's even a gluten-free yacht cruise available. And the renowned Cretan (or "Mediterranean") diet is practically gluten-free to begin with and can be followed throughout Greece.
