Helen of Troy on TV

Ancient history buffs take note - author Bettany Hughes is hosting an 8-part series on the ancient world airing on BBC. The series include shows on the Minoans, Helen of Troy, the Spartans (of which Helen was one) and Athens.

Bettany Hughes is the author of Helen of Troy - Goddess, Princess, Whore, an intense look at Helen's psyche, her motivations, and her impact on Greek history.
