Athens Airport Makes Top 10 List - for sleeping

I'm always happy when anything Greek gets proper recognition - but it was a surprise to me to see that the Athens International Airport at Spata has made "The Budget Traveller's Guide to Sleeping in Airports" Top 10 Favorite Airports list, with numerous correspondents offering positive tales of sleeping there.

Personally, I strive to plan things well enough so that I don't have to sleep in airports - but now I'm wondering if I should have given it a try instead of spending 80 Euro and two hours travel time taking the bus to and from a hotel in Glyfada for a few hours sleep as I did on a recent trip.
