Goodbye Olympic Airways

....Hello Olympic Airlines! The revamping of the troubled carrier is now complete, along with a name change to Olympic Airlines. While baggage handling and some other aspects are now under independent operation, the airline will still operate its subsidiaries Macedonian Airlines and Olympic Aviation. What does this mean for travelers? Time will tell, but my instinct is that it's good news - things have already turned around at Olympic, with improved service - see my recent experience - and this trend should continue under the new name.
